The outstanding interest in StarGate’s first Trapezia EIS Fund produced a substantial number of credible investment proposals for women-focused enterprises. These exceeded the fund’s capacity by several orders of magnitude.

It was clear that the market could support a larger venture capital vehicle targeting these promising businesses in this rapidly-growing arena of women-focused enterprise. So we’ve launched Trapezia ll to raise £50m, with Bank of Scotland Corporate as the major cornerstone investor.
